2. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner that during the pendency of this petition, the Village Panchayat of Corlim has withdrawn the Stop Work Notice dated 29.01.2026. The order of withdrawal of the notice, which is dated 31.03.2026, has been challenged in the Appeal before the Directorate of Panchayats. Hence, he seeks to withdraw the present petition.

3. In this view of the fact that the Stop Work Notice has now been recalled, the reliefs sought in this petition are rendered infructuous. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
