The learned counsel for the applicant has not pointed out any error apparent on the face of the record while passing the order by this Court. In fact, this Court had set aside the order dated 24.11.2022 passed by Chief Accountant and Finance Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded on the ground that no show cause notice was issued to the petitioner and the matter was remitted back to the Competent Officer. 2.

Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by this Court. Hence, the Review Application stands dismissed [ SIDDHESHWAR S. THOMBRE ] JUDGE
