In the present matter learned Counsel for both sides have filed on record the joint pursis dated 23/2/2025 along with mutual settlement/compromise deed between the parties instituted on 22/2/2026, by which the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

It is pointed out that out of final settlement amount of Rs.27,19,159/- an amount of Rs.20,00,000/-has been paid by cheque and today before this Court the balance amount of Rs.7,19,159/- is paid through cheque.

In the circumstances, considering the fact that matter is amicably settled between the parties, the present Appeal stand disposed of in terms of mutual settlement/compromise deed

No order as to costs.
