In paragraph No. 2 of the impugned order, this Court has observed that the employee was reinstated in service and the same is already given effect.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that he petitioner had already superannuated during the pendency of the proceedings before the Labour Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point out any apparent error on the face of the record warranting interference by way of a review.

4.

I do not find any infirmity or error in the order passed by this Court. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the review application and the same stands dismissed.
