Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.P.

By this review application, the order dated 06.03.2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.15146/2025, is sought to be reviewed. By the said order, this Court, after finding it expedient, has remanded the matter back to the Scrutiny Committee for deciding the matter afresh.

We have perused the grounds of review and heard the learned counsel for the review applicant. After perusing the

2 910.RA(c).59.26.odt grounds of review and hearing the learned counsel for the review applicant, when this Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the review application, the learned counsel for the applicant came around and sought expeditious disposal of the proceedings remanded pursuant to the order under review.

Only to the extent of said prayer we are inclined to entertain this review application by directing the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner which has been directed to be decided afresh vide order under review as expeditiously as possible and, preferably within a period of three (3) months from today. The review application accordingly stands disposed of.
