The applicants claim to be the legal heirs of deceased petitioner and wants to bring on record the legal heirs. It is further submitted that there is delay of 161 days caused in filing an application for setting aside the abatment. 3.

Considering the submissions and reasons mentioned in the applications, the applications are allowed. The delay caused in filing application for setting aside the abatement is condoned. So also, the petitioner is permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of petitioner. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week and amended copy be supplied to the other side, immediately, thereafter. The applications are disposed of.
