The motion is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 17.11.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while remanding the matter, this Court observed in Paragraph No.3 that "I do not find any reason to interfere in the order passed by the Industrial Court." Therefore, although this Court recorded a finding that it did not find any reason to interfere in the order passed by the Industrial Court. The following clarification needs to be added as Paragraph No.8 after Paragraph No.7, which reads as under: "8. The Industrial Court shall not be influenced by its earlier observations and the observations made by this Court and decide the issue on its own merits in accordance with law".

In view thereof, the motion is accepted and disposed of. The order be corrected and uploaded accordingly.
