Heard Shri. Palash K. Mohta, learned counsel for applicant/petitioner.

The aforesaid application has been filed by Shri. Palash Mohta, learned counsel, praying for withdrawal of power on behalf of the petitioner. The said application has been filed on the basis of a notice issued by Shri. Mohta to the petitioner, which is duly received by him and still the petitioner has not given any instruction to his counsel. Even though the petitioner had received the notice from Shri. Mohta, he has neither instructed Shri. Mohta to appear in the matter nor engaged any counsel in the matter to appear on his behalf.

In view of the above, Civil Application No.31 of 2026 is allowed and disposed of.

The Vakalatnama filed by Shri. Mohta, learned counsel for the petitioner, along with Shri. Harshwardhan Chawhan, is discharged.
