It is stated in the application that the correct name of Respondent No.3 is "Anil S/o Panjabrao Ghute". However, as per the cause title surname is "Hate". It is further stated in the application that the petitioners are providing correct address of Respondent No.3. Hence, the petitioner wants to correct the name and address of Respondent No.3 by making necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to Respondent No.3 returnable within five weeks.
