It appears that in spite of permission to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the petitioners, respondent No. 6 could not withdraw the same, perhaps, due to his death. Now, respondent Nos. 6(a), 6(b) and 6(c), the legal heirs of respondent No. 6 have filed this application for withdrawal of their share amount. Respondent Nos. 6(a) and 6(b) have executed special power of attorney in favour of respondent No. 6(c) permitting him to withdraw the amount on their behalf.

For the reasons stated, the application is allowed. Respondent Nos. 6(a), 6(b) and 6(c) are permitted to withdraw the amount of their respective share. Verification of respondent Nos. 6(a) and 6(b) be done through respondent No. 6(c). The application is disposed of.
