By way of present civil application, the applicant is seeking to substitute the petitioner with the applicant. It is submitted in the application that the applicant has become the lender in respect of all the debts and securities both movable and immovable recoverable from the respondent nos. 2 to 7 with all the incidental rights and security interest and therefore he is entitled to recover/receive the repayment of debt or any part thereof from the respondent nos. 2 to 7. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application and as the petitioner - HDFC has no objection to substitute the applicant as petitioner, we allow the present application. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
