No. 80/2026 in Writ Petition No.3355/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 06.02.2026 The application of petitioner is taken out to correct the address of Respondent No. 1 and to serve notice to Respondent No.1 on corrected address. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to Respondent No.1 received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that the petitioner is providing correct address of Respondent No.1. Thus, the petitioner want to correct the address of Respondent No.1 and to serve the Respondent No.1 on correct address.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.

As per office note, counsel for petitioner has not taken any steps to correct the address of Respondent No.2.

Hence, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to file Civil Application for correct address of Respondent No.2 (Bhushan P. Kshirsagar) Dated:06.02.2026 I/c Registrar(Judicial)
