C.A.W. No. 83/2026 in Writ Petitioni No.3742/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 13.02.2026 The civil application is filed by petitioner under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent Nos. 1-A to 1-E and 6 by way of paper publication and also by R.P.A.D. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondents received back unserved.

It is further stated in the application that aforesaid respondents are deliberately avoiding the service.

Thus, the petitioner want to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication and R.P.A.D.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Dainik Bhaskar in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

Permission to serve aforesaid respondents by R.P.A.D. is granted. Necessary postage be provided.
