It appears that respondent no. 3 is apprehending that the observations made by this Court in the Writ Petition may come in his way when the matter will be decided by the Sub Divisional Officer (SDO), Saoner.

Needless to mention that, just because there was no application for condonation of delay and no ground was even mentioned in the memo of appeal explaining the delay therefore, the matter was remanded back. In this scenario, the following line shall be added at the end of para no. 15 in the order dated 05.01.2026 by deleting the full stop and inserting a comma:- RR Jaiswal

It is also brought to the notice that instead of Sub Divisional Officer, Saoner, it is mentioned in the order as Sub Divisional Officer, Nagpur. Therefore, wherever the word "Sub Divisional Officer, Nagpur" appearing in the order, it shall be replaced by the word "Sub Divisional Officer, Saoner."

Since, the date of appearance of the parties before the SDO is today and it is not possible for the parties to appear before the SDO hence, the parties are directed to appear before the SDO on 28.01.2026. 6.

The order dated 05.01.2026 be corrected accordingly and corrected order be uploaded on the website.

The application is disposed of.
