It is stated in the application, the respondent No.2 could not be served for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that the petitioner has tried level best to serve Respondent No.2. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve Respondent No.2 by way of paper publication and by way of Hamdast.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon Respondent No.2 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Times of India', Lucknow edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

Hamdast be granted.
