No. 119/2026 IN WRIT PETITION No.6795/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 06.02.2026 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon respondent No.3 and 4 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that the applicant only have address of aforesaid respondents which is in cause title. Thus, the applicant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Punya Nagari', Nagpur edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
