In view of the order dated 26.12.2025, more particularly paragraph 9 whereby interim relief was granted in favour of the petitioners, the petitioners have moved the present civil application for disposal of the writ petition with continuation of the protection as granted, and referred hereinabove, till the decision on the appeal and if the order in appeal goes against the petitioners, extend the period of protection/interim relief, for further period of three weeks. 3.

Accordingly for the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed.

Consequently Writ Petition No. 8444 of 2025 is disposed of with continuation of protection granted vide order dated 26.12.2025 till the decision in appeal. In case, if the order in appeal goes against the petitioners, the interim relief/protection as granted shall continue for 15 days from the date of receipt of such order by the petitioners.

The intervenor is at liberty to moved the application before the appellate Authority with a request to expedite the appeal. If such application is moved, the appellate Authority shall consider the same. 5.

With these directions and observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending civil application/s stand/s disposed of. No order as to costs.
