No. 195/2026 in Writ Petition No.3104/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 23.01.2026 The application of petitioner is taken out to correct the address of Respondent Nos. 3.3 and 3.4 and to make necessary amendment in the cause title. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that the petitioner is providing correct address of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the petitioner wants to make necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.
