It is stated in the application that the notice issued to respondent received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that, the respondent is intentionally avoiding the service. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

Substituted service be effected upon respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Dainik Bhaskar"

in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
