NO. 202/2026 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 5249/2025 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 17/04/2026 The civil application is filed by the petitioner under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No.1 by way of affixing copies of notice on some conspicuous part of the house of last known address of the aforesaid respondent. It is stated in the application that the Respondent No.1 is deliberately and with ill-intention avoiding notice of this Hon'ble Court. Thus, the petitioner want to serve aforesaid respondent by affixing the notice on the last known address of R.No.1.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon respondent No.

1 by affixing copies of notice on some conspicuous part of his last known address as per Order 5 Rule 20(1) of C.P.C.

returnable within five weeks from the date of affixing.
