C.A.W. No. 229/2026 in WP No. 6528/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 30.01.2026 The application is taken out by petitioners to serve on correct address of R. Nos.3 & 4 by way of Hamdast. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to R. Nos. 3 & 4 received back unserved for want of correct address. In this application, The Petitioners have provided correct address of aforesaid respondents.

Thus, the petitioners wants to make necessary amendment in the cause title of the matter and permission to serve Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 by way of hamdast.

Since, the application is formal in nature the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, Office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.

Hamdast be granted.
