C.A.W. No.230/2026 in Writ Petition No. 1258/2016 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 25/02/2026 This application is filed by the applicants/ legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No. 29 - Mr.Ashok Gulabrao Bhande for bringing their names on record as legal heirs of deceased petitioner No.29.

As per the application, petitioner No.29 died on 08.12.2025. The copy of death certificate is enclosed with application. Hence, the applicants/ legal heirs of the deceased petitioner No.29 pray for bringing their names on record as legal heirs of deceased petitioner No.29.

It is seen that the Petitioner No.29 has expired on 08.12.2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 28.01.2026 i.e. within the time stipulated and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicants to bring their names as legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner No.29 on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
