DATED : 02.02.2026 This Court vide order dated 16.09.2025 directed the respondent, Committee, to decide the proposal of the petitioner afresh as per the provisions of law, within a period of three months. The present civil application is moved seeking extension of time of one month to comply with the said order.

For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos. 2, 3 and 4 of the application, the application is allowed. 3.

One month's time is extended to comply with the order dated 16.09.2025.

It is made clear that extension would be by way of a last chance.

One month is extended from 24.01.2026 to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as per the order dated 16.09.2025.

The civil application is disposed of.
