It is stated in the application that the notice issued to aforesaid respondents, but as per bailiff report the address of the aforesaid respondents could not be located. Hence, the petitioner is requesting for permission to serve aforesaid respondents by R.P.A.D.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Permission to serve to the aforesaid respondents through R.P.A.D is granted. Office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within five weeks. Necessary R.P.A.D postage be provided.
