NO. 263/2026 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 372/2026 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 03/02/2026 Not on board taken on Board, The civil application is filed by the petitioner under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 1.1 by way of affixing copies of notice on some conspicuous part of the house of last known address of the aforesaid respondent. It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondent could not be served on given address.

Thus, the petitioner want to serve aforesaid respondent by affixing the notice on the house of R.No. 1.1., petitioner also want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of Hamdast and R.P.A.D.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by affixing copies of notice on some conspicuous part of his last known address as per Order 5 Rule 20(1) of C.P.C.

Hamdast be granted and Permission to serve Respondent No.1.1. by way of R.P.A.D. is granted.
