It is stated in the application that the petition is under objection for submitting detailed address of Respondent sole. It is further stated in the application that the petitioners are providing correct address of Respondent Sole. Notice issued to Respondent sole received back unserved for want of correct address. Thus, the petitioners want to correct the address of Respondent sole and want to make necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the Respondent sole, returnable within four weeks.
