No. 284/2026 in Writ Petition No.2339/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 27.02.2026 The civil application is filed by petitioners under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent Nos. 1,13,14,15,22,25,46 & 53 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondents received back unserved despite addressing the notice on same address on which aforesaid respondents resides. It is further stated in the application that aforesaid respondents are avoiding service of notice. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

As per office note Respondent Nos. 1,15 & 53 are served. Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected, upon respondent Nos. 14, 22, 25 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Punya Nagri" Washim edition, upon respondent No. 13 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Hindi Milap"

Secunderabad edition, upon respondent No.46 by publishing a notice in widely circulated daily newspaper "Punya Nagari", Hingoli edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
