This is a Civil Application for amendment of the writ petition. By way of the proposed amendment, the petitioner intends to add respondent No. 2 - Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, as also to challenge the communication dated 08.01.2026 issued by respondent No. 1.

The learned AGP opposes the said application on the premise that the grounds were available to the petitioner while filing the petition.

However, since the application pertains to bringing subsequent facts on record, the Civil Application is allowed. The petitioner shall carry out the amendment within one working week from today and supply the amended copy to the other side.

Needless to mention that the respondents would be entitled to file a reply to the original petition as well as to the amended portion of the petition.
