By this application, the petitioners seek for permission to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner No.1 who had expired during the pendency of the instant petition i.e. on 22.09.2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the said application.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the civil application is allowed. The legal representatives of deceased petitioner No.1 are permitted to be brought on record by carrying out necessary amendment within a period of one week from today.

In view of above, civil application is disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO.5838 OF 2025 5.

List the petition on 18.02.2026.
