2. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to Respondent Nos.1 & 2 received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that the petitioners is providing correct address of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the petitioners want to correct the address of Respondent Nos.1 & 2 and to issue fresh notice to them.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.
