Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties.

This is an application for condonation of delay in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no.30 and for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no.30. 3.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay caused in filing application for bringing legal heirs is condoned. The abatement is set aside. The legal heirs of deceased respondent no.30 are permitted to be brought on record.

Necessary amendment to the title cause be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the newly added legal heirs of deceased respondent no.30, returnable on 25.02.2026. 6.

In addition to regular mode, permission to serve by all other permissible modes is granted.
