The present Application for amendment of the Writ Petition is tendered across the bar by learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The same is taken on record.

(2) By the said Application, the Petitioner seeks permission to add 'Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krushi Vidyalaya, Akola' i.e. the College in which the Petitioner has secured admission, as the party Respondent No. 4 in the Petition. Apart from this, the Petitioner also seeks permission to add Paragraph Nos. 9(a) to 9(d) after Paragraph No. 9 and consequential prayer clause.

(3) For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed. Permission is granted to amend the Petition as prayed for. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of three days. ..
