It is stated in the application that the notice issued to respondent sole received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that the petitioner is providing correct address of respondent sole. Thus, the petitioner want to correct the address of respondent sole and wants to make necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to respondent sole, returnable within four weeks.
