DATE : 11.03.2026 By this application, the petitioners seek permission to amend and correct the address of respondent No.9 in cause title of the petition, so that proper service is effected on respondent No.9. 2.

Having regard to the contents of the application, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week. After amendment is carried out, issue fresh notice to the respondent No.9, returnable after three weeks. 3.

The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent No.9 by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit of service in that regard by next date.
