By this application, applicant- Dr. Archana Meshram, is seeking intervention in the matter on the ground that the entire controversy involved in the said writ petition is centered around a communicated dated 30.01.2026 wherein the petitioners were informed that an inquiry committee has been constituted consequent to the proposal submitted by Dr. Dongre before the Senate, and that the Vice Chancellor has been authorised by the Senate to take further steps in accordance with law. It is her further contention that aforesaid inquiry is constituted at the behest of the intervenor being one of the complainant and therefore she be heard.

By considering the issue on which the inquiry was directed revolves around the complainant and other complaints also, therefore, it would be in the interest of justice, the application deserves to be allowed. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Civil Application No. 364 of 2026 is allowed. Applicant - Archana Meshram is permitted to intervene in the Writ Petition No. 1267 of 2026.

The civil application is disposed of.
