By these applications, the applicant is seeking permission to amend the petition to incorporate subsequent events and to add certain persons who are new Office Bearers (i.e. respondent Nos.15 to 20) as parties. 2.

Considering the fact that the petition is yet to be admitted and the proposed amendment is to incorporate subsequent events and addition of parties, both the civil applications are allowed. Applicant is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment within a period of one week from today.

In view of above, both the civil applications are disposed of.
