2. It is stated in the application that notice issued to Rsespondent No.2 received back unserved for want of correct address. It is stated in the application that respondent No.2 is residing with his father. It is further stated in the application that the Petitioner is providing 2nd address of Respondent No.2. Hence, the petitioner prays for adding 2nd address of R.No.

2 in array of parties by making necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to Respondent No. 2 returnable within four weeks.
