DATED : 16.03.2026 The present application is for amendment. By virtue of the said application, the petitioner seeks to add respondent No.7, i.e., Zilla Parishad through its Chief Executive Officer, Nagpur. The petitioner also seeks to incorporate prayer clause G, H, I, and J to the petition. As can be seen from the matter, this has been transferred by the Coordinate Bench at Aurangabad vide order dated 22.01.2026.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order, he is constrained to add Zilla Parishad, Nagpur as a party respondent and seeks certain reliefs against the said respondent.

Thus, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The necessary amendment to be carried out within two working weeks from today, with an amended copy to the other side.

On being added as respondent No.7, issue notice to the respondent No.7, returnable on 17.04.2026. 6.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent No. 7 by all modes permissible in law, including the regular mode of service.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner to file an affidavit of service in that regard before the returnable date. 8.
All contentions as canvassed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader regarding territorial jurisdiction and overlapping of prayers are kept open, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader is at liberty to file an affidavit of reply in that regard.
