This Application is moved by the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 seeking transfer of Petition to the Principal Bench of this Court. (2) It appears that no order of the Hon'ble Chief Justice directing such transfer is placed on record.

(3) In view thereof, the Application is not maintainable. This Bench has no jurisdiction to transfer the Petition to the Principal Bench unless there is order of the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
