It is stated in the application that the notice issued to respondent Nos. 1 & 2 received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that the petitioners are providing correct address of aforesaid respondents.

Thus, the petitioners want to correct the address of aforesaid respondents and want to make necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.
