No. 473/2026 in Writ Petition No.2018/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 27.02.2026 The application of petitioner is taken out to correct the address of Respondent No. 4 and to serve R.No.4 by speed post. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to respondent No. 4 received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that the petitioner is providing correct address of aforesaid respondent. Thus, the petitioner want to correct the address of aforesaid respondent and want to serve aforesaid respondent by speed post.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.

Permission to serve Respondent No.4 by speed post is granted. Necessary postage be provided.
