By this Application, the Applicant/Petitioner is seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs. 50,000/- deposited as per order dated 08.08.2025.

It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that, the Petitioner had filed Writ Petition No.7381/2024 being aggrieved by the order dated 13.06.2024 passed by the Respondent No.2, which was in breach of principles of natural justice and Section 75(4) of the CGST/MGST Act, 2017. A direction was issued by this Court on 08.08.2025 directing to deposit the amount of Rs. 50,000/- to show the bonafides before the next date of hearing. While deciding the said Petition, this Court observed

2 12.CAW.474-2026.odt and the Petition was decided in favour of the present Petitioner, and therefore, the amount be disbursed to him. 3.

Learned Addl.GP has strongly opposed for the same.

Considering that the amount was directed to deposit to show bonafides. Now, the Petition is already decided in favour of the Petitioner, and therefore, there is no impediment in returning the said amount to the Petitioner. In view of that, the amount of Rs.50,000/- be returned back to the Petitioner on due identification and verification. 5.

The Application is disposed of.
