Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner, submitted that, by this Application, the Applicant/Petitioner is seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs. 50,000/- deposited as per order dated 08.08.2025.

He submitted that, this Court has directed to deposit the said amount to show his bonafides as he has challenged the order passed by the Respondent No.2 which was in breach of principles of natural justice. Now, the Petitioner has withdrawn the Petition, and therefore, the amount be returned back to the Petitioner.

Learned AGP has strongly opposed the said contention.

Considering that now the Petitioner has withdrawn the Petition, the amount of Rs.50,000/- be returned back to the Petitioner on due identification and verification.
