Both the Applications are filed for intervening in the present Petition.

It is the contention of the Applicants/Interveners that they are duly appointed as Zilla Parishad Primary Teachers in Gadchiroli district and are directly affected by the list claimed in the present Petition as they have acquired the TET qualification

It is, therefore, their contention that any outcome in the present Petition will have direct bearing on their service record. They therefore, pray for intervening in the matter. 4.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has no objection for allowing the intervention applications. 5.

In that view of the matter, both the Civil Applications are allowed and disposed of.

Necessary amendment in cause title of the present Petition be carried out within a period of two working weeks from today.

The interveners are entitled to file an additional affidavit on merits which dealing with the contentions made in the Applications.
