By present application, prayer is made to permit the petitioner to deposit amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- in compliance to orders dated 21-1-2026 and 5-2-2026 passed by this Court. Permission granted. The amount has been deposited today itself.

Writ Petition No. 2995 of 2016 Heard for some time.

The prayer is to direct the respondents to take steps for cancellation of regularization of construction made by the members of respondent No. 4 on the playground at Survey Nos. 597/5 and 597/6 of New

Order wp 2995.2016.odt Nandanvan, Nagpur and thereafter to allot the said land to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for NIT makes a statement, on instructions, that there is no construction on play ground at Survey Nos. 597/5 and 597/6. He seeks time to place on record documents in support thereof. The same shall be submitted within two working days. In fact, the parties shall complete the pleadings and submissions of documents by 27-2-2026. Thereafter they will not be permitted to submit further documents except for extraordinary reasons or subsequent developments.

The parties are further put to notice that the petition will be taken up for final hearing on next date. Adjournment, if sought, will only be considered by imposing costs.

Stand over to 4-3-2026.
