The present application is filed seeking permission to substitute the names of the legal representatives in place of the deceased petitioner. For the reasons stated in the application, and considering that the matter pertains to caste, the legal representatives are also likely to be affected. Therefore, in the interest of justice, it is necessary to substitute their names in place of the deceased petitioner. Accordingly, permission is granted.

Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
