By this application, the petitioner is seeking correction in the prayer clause of the petition as well as consequential correction in the order dated 12.02.2026. 2.

It appears that the impugned order was passed by the Industrial Court, Bhandara. However, in the prayer clause of the petition, it is shown to have been passed by the Industrial Court, Nagpur.

Having heard learned counsel for both parties, permission to correct the prayer clause of the writ petition is granted.

Since the prayer clause of the writ petition is allowed to be corrected, the order dated 12.02.2026 needs to be corrected. At the places where "Industrial Court, Nagpur" is mentioned, the same shall be replaced with "Industrial
