After the correct address is supplied, issue notice to the respondent No.1, returnable after four weeks. Civil Application (CAW) No. 488/2026 This is an application for permission to delete respondent No.13 from the array of parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy is settled with respondent No.13 and therefore, seeks deletion of its name.
