By this application, the applicant seeks permission to add the names of legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.6 - Dattatray Sakharam Mahajan, who expired on 03.01.2019 in the cause-title of the instant petition.

Since, the legal representatives were already arrayed as parties before the Trial Court, the civil application is allowed. Applicant is permitted to add the names of legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.6 - Dattatray Sakharam Mahajan in the cause-title of the instant petition. Necessary amendment be carried out on or before 06.03.2026.

In view of above, civil application is disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO.7057 OF 2025 4.

Advocate Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter will be argued by the

The request is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.6 are already served and affidavit of service in that regard is already filed on record.

In view of above, list the petition on 10.03.2026, for further consideration.
