C.A.W. No. 554/2026 in Writ Petition No.5843/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 27.02.2026 The application of petitioners is taken out to correct the address of Respondent No. 8(c). It is stated in the application that the notice issued to Respondent No.8(c) received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application the petitioners are providing correct address of Respondent No. 8(c). Thus, the petitioners want to correct the address of aforesaid respondent and want to issue fresh notice.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.
